Stuffed Mushrooms with Quail Eggs
12 quail eggs
200g cedar cheese, grated
2 chicken eggs
papper to taste
Put the cedar cheese and chicken eggs in a boul and mix well
Stuff the mushrooms with the cheese and bake at 180C till done.
Take the mushrooms out of oven, make a hole in the middle of cheese filling and break the eggs on top of each mushroom and sprinkle some pepper on top. Bake again till eggs cooked as desired.
Serve hot or cold.
