Shipping


We don't deliver to rural addresses – No exceptions. If you placed an order with us for a rural address we reserve the right to refund your money, less than 5% to cover our expenses. 

Please allow up to two working days from dispatch to delivery for the North Island and up to three days for the South Island. For example, if the order has been dispatched on Tuesday you should expect to have received it by Thursday (North Island) or Friday (South Island).

Please be aware that upcoming holidays will delay shipping.

If you placed an order and you are not home to sign for it when delivered, please check your mail box for a card left by the courier.

North Island

Orders will be dispatched from Monday to Wednesday including. Orders placed on Wednesdays may need to be dispatched the following week.

South Island

Orders will be dispatched from Monday to Tuesday including. Orders placed on Tuesdays may need to be dispatched the following week.

Please note that sometimes we are having delays in orders being received.

No. We have an MPI (Ministry for Primary Industries) biosecurity plan in place and we are advised to keep visitors away from our farm for the health of our birds and food safety of the meat and eggs we sell.

No. We do not sell fertilised quail eggs.

No. We do not sell Balut quail eggs.

No. We do not process hahal meat.

No. We do not sell our quail when they are alive.

Best Before date for quail eggs is 35 days starting with the day of laying. A label is on each egg carton indicating the best before date.

Best Before date for fresh meat is 10 days starting with the processing date. Best Before date for frozen meat is 1 year starting with the processing date.
